Products All products are hand-painted artworks. Due to the nature of handmade items, each piece is unique and may have slight variations in color, size, or details compared to the images shown on the website.
Ordering and Payment You can place orders through the website, phone at +381 61 210 70 31, or email at stankovic.art.info@gmail.com. Payment is processed according to instructions we’ll send you upon order confirmation.
Delivery Delivery is available within Serbia, and can be arranged for other countries upon agreement. The cost and delivery time depend on the destination and shipping method, which you’ll be informed about before finalizing your order.
Claims and Refunds If you receive a product that doesn’t match the agreed terms or is damaged during delivery, please contact me within 7 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds are not possible for products that have been used or damaged due to improper use. The customer pays return shipping costs. After the item arrives to me and I verify it’s not damaged, I process the refund.
Claims and Refunds for Commissioned Paintings Claims for commissioned paintings will not be accepted. The ordering process works in stages until you are satisfied with what you see. Therefore, I treat commissioned artworks as custom-made items and do not offer refunds except in cases of shipping damage.

Questions/FAQ Product Questions: Are the works originals or prints? The works are original, I don’t sell prints. When you buy a painting from me, you’ve bought a unique work that no one else has. This applies to magnets, phone cases, car ornaments, and other products as well.
What dimensions are available? Dimensions vary for each painting and are written in the product description.
What techniques and materials do you use? I use the highest quality acrylic paints on canvas, canvas panels, wood, hardboard, and similar surfaces. I also use texture paste and other media that I find interesting.
Do you do custom orders/commissions? I do commissioned paintings, contact me at stankovic.art.info@gmail.com.
Do you sign your works? My works are signed on the back so the signature doesn’t interfere with the painting.
Price and Payment Questions: Do you offer discounts for multiple purchases? Discounts for multiple purchases are available and listed in the product description.
Is the price with or without frame? Prices are listed with and without frame in the product description.
Delivery Questions: How much is shipping? Shipping is free for two or more ordered products. The price depends on package weight, starting from the cheapest option for sending the lightest packages – CC. Current postal rates can be checked here.
What is the delivery time? I ship packages within 3 business days after payment, delivery depends on the Post Office.
Do you ship internationally? International shipping is possible with agreement on shipping arrangements.
Warranty and Maintenance Questions: How to properly maintain artwork? Instructions are here.
Do you provide a certificate of authenticity? Certificates can be issued if needed.
How durable is the work (especially for specific materials)? The work is as durable as you take care of it. On average, acrylic paints last a century or more under average light exposure and normal conditions.
